"I've been trying to lose the same 20 pounds for the last ten years.  
I know quite a bit about nutrition and knew what I needed to do, but life kept getting in the way of my efforts. I ate pretty well, but didn't have much control over my portions because I eat out a lot. What my plan did for me was give me the focus and structure I lacked to make it happen. I didn't realize it would be so easy once I got started!
